Step 1: Warm compress on abdomen and eyes with herbs.
Step 2: Essential oil inhalation and head acupressure.
Step 3: Massage your neck and shoulders.
Step 4: Face wash, facial scrub, facial massage (using cold stone) with steamer machine, followed by mask, toner, serum, and facial cream.
Step 5: Scalp exfoliation, herbal hair treatment (twice), and apply warm herbal treatment on hair.
Step 6: Towel stretch technique to help relax the back, neck, and shoulders.
Step 7: Hair conditioning and scalp massage (helps with blood circulation).
Step 8: Spray conditioner and blow-dry hair. After completion, enjoy drinks (hot or cold herbal tea).
Add: Steamer oil hair treatment – an additional 10 minutes, costs $30.
